If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Below are some examples of common exceptions:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and fresh flowers cannot be returned.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org and inform about your intention of return
- Arrange the time of return either personal drop of or via courier or shipping as defined by Eden + Bell in step one.
- Return item via method agreed.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two business days.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping/ courier costs for returning your item. Shipping/ courier costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping/courier will be deducted from your refund.
- Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
